Don't trust them after persistent and repeat calls. trying to buy my property I accepted an offer as is. Signed a contract with them with a closing date after several weeks they backed out 2 days before the closing. They offered me half of what they agreed on which was an insult and because of this situation I made arrangements to move out of the state and gave my job a notice. Do not trust them

He said, “I’ll talk to the investors and call you back.” Okay, a day went by and he called me back and said, “I’ll make you an offer of 2.8 as the house is.” My wife was on the line, we were both listening to the conversation.
