He gave me a promised pay off amount regardless of any fees or miscellaneous expenses. And sure enough they're were some unexpected fees and expenses. I was worried it wouldn't come close to the final offer. But Manny sent me two additional payoffs coming to exactly what was promised. It was quick, mutual beneficial and exactly as promised.
