I found this company to help my mother (81) and sister (60) as they were going into foreclosure. They did their job and took care of everything regarding such, but had I known that they would not get one cent from the sale of the house they’d put so much time and money into for over twenty years, I would’ve just let the foreclosure happen. For the amount that was owed and what the house sold for, I’m sure a little could’ve gone to them but it did not. Although they no longer have a foreclosure on their history, I definitely feel like they were taken advantage of and again, I’m sorry I ever found this place or hooked them up with Kwame to begin with. Again, they did their “job” legally and all that but morally and ethically, not so much. So if you’re a senior citizen who’s losing everything and is looking for help, maybe look elsewhere where they might feel you deserve to get back a little of what you’ve lost instead of just lining their own pockets. Great learning experience though and further proof that people are just a disappointment and they covet money over anything.
