They tell you to leave behind what you are not moving so no need to clean your house out or rent a dumpster. Closing was a breeze. We just completed the sale and closing of our house to “Jerry Buys Houses”. I highly recommend them as a reputable company who made the entire process easy. There were no obstacles and the process proceeded seamlessly. Everything proceeded as agreed on from the start with an open line of communication along the way. Jerry initiated the deal, Larry (in the office) followed up along the way to make sure everything was in order administratively, and Leann (project manager) oversaw the property exchange. Everyone was professional and committed to ensuring our satisfaction. Yes, on the surface, the price accepted was less than what I would have received on the open market but when factoring in the closing costs, cleanup expense, home improvement expense to ready for sale, and time on market (all absorbed by “Jerry Buys Houses), the net amount received was the same as I could have received selling the house myself. In addition, my time did not need to be devoted to selling the house and instead was focused on moving to a new house. I definitely recommend them.
