If you are a buyer and they are the seller, be ware. It's a gimmick. They lie about other offers and push you to try to drive the up the price to a number they want. Really wish they were transparent and more personable. You'll receive automated responses. The person you're supposed to be working with does not answer direct messages or calls. But be prepared to spend thousands over your initial offer because of their sad tactic in this dreadful economy. I see your reply. No it's not the wrong company. No I didn't put my full name because that wouldn't help my scenario and probably hurt me. Your tactics are your tactics. Nothing would change by me revealing myself. The name you see is for my protection.

Re: Funding I would like to leave a special review honoring Lisa Lane she was an awesome help when I had a problem with my wire transfer. Something that was supposed to take six days belly took 15 minutes to resolve. I appreciate your help so much. She was a godsend in this.
