I Have a Small business and HomeLink Properties owns the building I rent from. I have to say , you don't find many good or great Landlords that take part in your success as a business owner. Their Compassion, Eagerness to listen, and understanding are Top notch. When there is an issue with something on the building, You call, send pictures, and communicate to them the issue you are having, They are on it. They send their people to assess the issue and get it fixed in a timely manner. That in it's self is definitely a plus in my book. They always return your calls if they miss it, and each of their Staff members, take pride in making sure the problem gets resolved. I really enjoy coming to my business knowing I'm in good hands. You don't find that very often in today's world. They are Local, and so easy to work with. I could go on, but just know when you either rent or purchase something from HomeLink Properties you can trust you will be treated fairly. They make my business life so easy.
