I had zero experience in selling real estate. When my sister passed away unexpectedly clear across the country from where I live, I was faced with all sorts of unfamiliar circumstances and challenges. After getting the paperwork that made me the “Administrator” of her estate, one “job” was to sell her house. Gary called me about it and I agreed to meet him. He was most gracious, professional, and, even tolerant and gentle with my sister’s pit bull (who had a VICIOUS bark but that was all. She was a rescue and had, apparently, been abused by a man). I KNEW he was an honest and kind man! And I was right! After spending 5 unanticipated weeks in an unfamiliar town, feeling generally overwhelmed and depressed, Gary took the house issues completely off my hands and said I could go home because whatever was left for me to do on the house could be done from there! After finding new homes for the dog and two cats, and tying up some other loose ends, I packed up my rental car and drove home. Gary kept me informed on everything pertaining to the house on a regular basis. Any questions I had, I received answers to the same day! I couldn’t have asked for a better person to buy that house! And neither could you to buy yours!
