The individual I worked with, Kevin, was a “5 plus” but the committee back at the office did not support the promise of working on our, the seller’s, timeline when we got to the end. This caused me, a 70 year old, to have to drive 3 three hour trips with additional loading and unloading time in a 24 hour period. No sleep for 20 hours and no food for 12. They are a solid company and will not let you down in most ways but get the flexibility arranged in writing.
