Would give zero stars if possible. Had an agreement lined up with them and then less than a month before settlement, they say they want to change the agreement and offer me 30K less for my house!! After filling out tons of paperwork and being strung along for 2 months, I refuse to let them get my house for nothing. Beware!! Definitely go with another home buyer company. Don't waste your time with these guys.

I am so pleased with this company first everyone I had any interaction with are the most friendly respectful and supportive people ever. I had a parcel of land without a house on it for sell they found the perfect buyer for me and i got the price I asked for it I am so grateful to them all for their help and the resources that was provided to get the sale through.
